{"id":1324,"date":"2022-07-05T14:51:15","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T14:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emb.eurospital.com\/public_html\/test-diagnostici\/xeligen-lyo%ef%bf%bc\/"},"modified":"2023-03-01T08:37:54","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T08:37:54","slug":"xeligen-lyo","status":"publish","type":"diagnostic_tests","link":"https:\/\/emb.eurospital.com\/en\/diagnostic-tests\/xeligen-lyo\/","title":{"rendered":"XeliGen LYO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Real time PCR test for the determination of the susceptibility to celiac disease and for the stratification of the risk of developing the disease into 5 genetic risk classes (G1-G5) by amplification of specific HLA alleles from peripheral blood and buccal swab.<br>The test detects all the possible genotypes, including the rarest ones, by direct detection of all the alleles of the DQA1 and DQB1 loci or by <em>ad hoc linkage disequilibrium<\/em>, for a total of 300 combinations including homozygosity, represented by HLA haplotypes DQ2 and DQ8, as well as DQ4, DQ5, DQ6, DQ7, DQ9.<br>Furthermore, the test detects the DQB10305 allele (to discriminate subjects with a DQ8 haplotype not at risk of susceptibility to the disease), the alleles coding for DR3 (DRB1*03),<em> <\/em>DR4 (DRB1*04), DR7 (DRB1*07) and DR5 (DRB1*11), and the homozygous or heterozygous state of the DQB1*02 allele.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2401,"template":"","class_list":["post-1324","diagnostic_tests","type-diagnostic_tests","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
